Then & Theory editions are made and shipped by Fourthwall, our fulfilment partner. Each garment is made after you order it, so we don’t hold stock.
Shipping
Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates depend on your address. You’ll see them at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, Fourthwall emails you tracking details.
Returns and problems with an order
Returns, exchanges and damaged or incorrect items are handled under Fourthwall’s returns policy, which is shown at checkout. If something arrives wrong, contact support through the link in your order confirmation email, or reach us through Alterra Editions and we’ll help.
Taxes and duties
Any taxes are calculated at checkout. For orders shipped across borders, import duties may be charged by your country’s customs service.
